NAPOLEONIC WARGAMING.
the figures shown in the pictures are selected from the author's armies.

The "NAPOLEONIC WARGAME" has always been one of the more popular subjects in the hobby. The beautiful uniforms, strict organisation and grand tactics or sheer size of the Napoleonic armies undoubtfully contribute to the popularity of this period, but also the fact that many historical wargamers like to spread out detailed maps of an entire continent (or more) in order to plan overall conquest - much like the Emperor Napoleon did - or (on the opposite side) be just the guys who deprived this great captain of war of his final victory: the Duke of Wellington and Marshal Blucher.
